Zucchini & Summer Squash 101

Zucchini and summer squash are two summer staples that are great for fresh eating, cooking, grilling and even baking. As a rule, I use zucchini for grilling, cooking and baking, while summer squash can also be eaten fresh. Zucchini tends to hold more water than summer squash, so keep that in mind while you experiment in the kitchen.

This summer is going to be a busy one for me. I think that I need to work my hardest if I want to make my life better, so I cannot just enjoy my summer. I have to work hard, even during these times, and I am proud of it. Personally, I feel there are people who can have a lot of free time, and I would love to be them. I am just happy that I can still work.
